STAFF at Barker and Stonehouse in Hove staged a charity football league in aid of Sport Relief 2018.
The furniture retailer raised £1,000 for the UK-wide fundraiser that takes place every two years.
Barker and Stonehouse staff were encouraged to don their football boots and embrace the appeal by holding a five-a-side penalty shoot-out tournament where teams raised money throughout the day.
The winning team Let’s Get Messi defeated AC A Little Silhouette of Milan in a tense final with a score of 7-5.
A lunch of pies and other goods raised further funds for this cause along with a delectable charity cake sale.
Sixty staff took part in the charity football match.
