CHESTNUT Carpool Karaoke is a new venture for Matt Turner, CEO of Crawley marketing agency Creative Pod.

He has supported Chestnut Tree House children’s hospice in a number of ways over the past few years.

As one of the charity’s 15th birthday patrons in 2018, he wanted to do something a bit different to mark the 15 years Chestnut Tree House has provided hospice care for children and families.

So he came up with a unique way to help raise awareness and funds – Chestnut Carpool Karaoke.

Working closely with Chestnut Tree House, and with the permission of CBS and The Late Late Show, Matt set about recreating James Corden’s famous concept, with a charity twist.

The first Chestnut Carpool Karaoke was released earlier this month and features fellow Chestnut Tree House 15th birthday Patron, the “One and Only” Chesney Hawkes, as well as 12-year-old Charlie, who has been supported by the charity for five years.

Matt is planning to create more Chestnut Carpool Karaoke videos during the year, and each will include a text-to-donate and Just Giving link.
