A LIBRARIAN is ‘walking all over cancer’ again next month to raise money for Cancer Research UK in memory of a relative who died aged just seven.
Teresa Stonestreet, from Farlington School in Horsham, will walk a minimum of 10,000 steps every day – the equivalent of 150 miles.
Last year she exceeded her fundraising target of £1,000 and hopes to do the same this year.
Teresa, from Horsham, was motivated to support the charity after her great-niece, Sarah, died of cancer two years ago.
Teresa said: “It is a lovely time of year to get outside to walk after the winter.
“I work in beautiful countryside which makes my walks very enjoyable, and at weekends I go to the beach.”
