STAFF from The Body Shop International offices took to the streets of Brighton to collect signatures for their latest campaign.
Forever Against Animal Testing is a joint campaign by international beauty company The Body Shop and Cruelty Free International, which is working to end animal experiments.
Staff were highlighting the fact that 80 per cent of countries worldwide still have no laws banning cosmetic animal tests and encouraged Brighton locals to sign the petition.
They petitioned around the town centre, The Lanes and Regency Square.
They were also joined by The Body Shop CEO David Boynton,.
Jessie Macneil-Brown, head of global campaigns, The Body Shop, said: “At The Body Shop we believe passionately in animal welfare and that animals shouldn’t be used for cosmetic testing.
“Our employees have worked passionately worldwide to secure more than six million petition signatures.
“Their passion and dedication is instrumental in fighting for a global ban. Activism is at the heart of The Body Shop.”
