DJ Fatboy Slim showed his true Christmas spirit when he rescued a couple whose car had broken down on Boxing Day.
The star whisked them back to his home where his wife, former Radio 1 DJ Zoe Ball, served up mince pies and called breakdown recovery.
Malcolm and Linda Fuller, of Portslade, had broken down near Brighton beach when Fatboy Slim, whose real name is Norman Cook, drove past, stopped and offered his help.
Mr Fuller said the DJ asked them to hop into his BMW to warm up.
He told a national newspaper: "Without any prompting, he drove us to his house. We went into the living room where virtually the whole family were gathered for a post-Christmas get together. We met his mum and dad and Zoe's parents and a few relatives."
He added: "Zoe wouldn't let us go until she was sure we were good and warm and the AA van had turned up."
Mrs Fuller told the newspaper: "He's quite simply the nicest man I've ever met."
She said she was "overwhelmed" when Zoe Ball offered her a mince pie.
