TRAFFIC police have launched an urgent appeal for witnesses to a fatal motorcycle crash.

Richard Whiston, from Bromley, lost control of his yellow 600cc Honda as he approached the Badgers Mount roundabout on the M25.

The 27-year-old rider hit a crash barrier and subsequently died at the scene from his injuries. An inquest was opened but adjourned on September 28.

A police spokesman said “We are appealing for any motorists who saw the crash, and anyone who might have seen the motorcycle being ridden in the area beforehand.”

If you have information about the incident at 3.10am on September 21, call PC Tracy Bradbury on 01622 882055.
