Poor publicity

Like G W Osgood (News Shopper, June 27), I noticed the lack of party manifestos in the run-up to the election. I received a Tory leaflet, but nothing from Liberal Democrat or Labour! This is strange because I know the Post Office received 40,000 the Liberal Democrats leaflets to deliver. Political bias or incompetence?

The public is being consulted on new proposals to restrict tobacco advertising. Proposals include removing branding and logos from packaging, a minimum pack size of 20 and banning displays of cigarettes in shops.
