CHILDREN with learning disabilities had a fun day at a teddy bears' picnic.
The event was held to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Bromley Mencap, a charity which supports people with learning disabilities and their families and carers.
Clowns entertained the 35 children at the picnic, held at the Assembly Rooms, Gates Green Road, and a best-dressed teddy competition was held.
Event organiser Caroline Stone said: “This was the first time we had tried a teddy bears' picnic before but thankfully it all went according to plan.”
