Speaker Profiles

Ian Davies - "How to read your customers and get your message across, clearly".

Ian Davies is co-ordinator of Seriously Equipped Ltd; a Brighton based learning and development organization, which co-directs with Sarah King. Ian has a Bachelor of Education degree in Outdoor and Science Education, being a master practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a PRISM, Personal Performance Mapping Practitioner.

PRISM Personal Performance Mapping is a tool that we have used heavily in the last year, helping many businesses to develop the ability of their staff to read their colleagues and customers, for increased sales, improved customer service and more efficient team working. We have used PRISM with many large organisations, including Thomas Cook Airlines, Neilson Active Holidays and Informa Professional and it has been utilised successfully by many other big household names, such as Sainsburys, Anne Summers and Merrill Lynch.

We have yet to offer this exciting tool to local businesses...until now! So, if you would like more details of what PRISM can do for you and your business visit: www.seriouslyequipped.co.uk or email me, Ian Davies at ian@seriouslyequipped.co.uk
