A DIRECTORY of social activities has been launched for older people living in The Crays.
Bromley deputy mayor Councillor Colin Willetts joined Age Concern Bromley and more than 100 senior citizens for the launch of a new directory of clubs, activities and contacts.
The launch day, which was held in the Sanderson Hall, Mickleham Road, St Paul's Cray, focused on health promotion presentations, healthy eating and free complementary therapy taster sessions.
The launch of the local directory was part of an ongoing project by Age Concern Bromley to address social isolation and encourage older people to be more active in the local community.
