The bus services in Brighton are the worst they have been for many years.

I am unfortunate that I live in Queen’s Park Road, where our service has been ruined by this new regime. I am not surprised that the morale of the bus drivers is low.

The pay row is only one thing that the staff are concerned about.

Surely nobody wants to work for a company that makes them feel more and more demoralised every day.

No wonder the drivers are grumpy, although not all of them.

I do not own a car so I use the buses every day to go to and from work and out in the evenings.

I find that the timetables are not worth looking at as buses rarely run to schedule – I do realise Brighton has a large problem with roadworks – are often late or do not come at all, and on many occasions two come together.

The electronic display boards are often wrong. Sort this mess out Brighton and Hove Buses.
