It's not congested
MUCH is said about how businesses are supposed to be suffering due to what the West Sussex County Council believe is congestion on the A27.
However as an engineer who used the road for much of its length, I found it was not the A27 but the congested roads from it into towns, and the lack of off loading space for equipment at businesses, that caused most grief and downtime.
