I HAD to laugh when I read the article about street lighting in Brighton (January 21). So the council is making a move to reduce energy usage and cut costs.
Can they explain why seven brand new, sensor active street lights around my home in Surrenden Road have been on all day and night since April?
So that is where my council tax is going and apparently our street lighting costs have doubled. I wonder why?
