In response to your Alan Turing, article (January 6), I believe it is immoral to profit from his tragic death.

Turing helped save countless lives during the Second World War by breaking Germany’s codes.

Then instead of been awarded an OBE he was persecuted by the British Government for his sexuality, which led to his death.

The Alan Turing notebook should be appropriated by our Government as a national archive treasure, and put on public display in the London Science Museum, to inspire young mathematicians who in turn may one day help to save lives.
