Put your dogs on leads
Last autumn I witnessed a fracas involving two dogs on the seafront close to where I live. Recently the council has put up a couple of tripods displaying a sign : – ‘Please keep dogs on leads’.
The problem is that many people ignore the signs, because they know the matter is not policed properly.
