I have lived in Brighton for seven years and have always been amazed at the number of empty buildings at the seafront by the Sea Life Centre.
Now the Terraces restaurant has closed and has added to the general neglected appearance of the area.
Maybe I’m missing something but why is this area, which is in a fantastic position, not being developed or at least compulsorily purchased. This would let someone else come up with some new ideas to regenerate the area?
