A REPLY to the president of the University of Sussex Students’ Union Abraham Baldry’s letter (The Argus, June 22).
OK, some students are good and do want to study as we found out this year with the girls behind us they are very good and only have little gatherings at the weekend and are very quiet.
But the problem is there are too many put together in certain streets so the good ones don’t get heard but the bad ones do.
What I love to do is, why doesn’t Mr Baldry come and live with us in October when the new ones arrive and we have to call out the very good noise people at 3am to stop the parties.
On the odd occasion they have turned into a rave.
I’m sure some of the other residents in my street and especially an elderly gentlemen who is not very well would love him to come and stay with them as well.
