People go quackers when they discover rubber ducks along seafront
PEOPLE must have thought they had gone quackers when they discovered rubber ducks on Bognor seafront.
The mystery still remains as to how the toys waddled on to the shore. It has certainly ruffled some feathers.
The creators behind the stunt must think it has all gone swimmingly.
