I am a taxpayer but I find that most of my money is spent on the city centre.
The outer area roads and verges are rarely swept and the drains never cleaned.
The parks and play areas have little money spent on them.
The money being squandered on the road speed changes when there are hardly any roads left wide enough for buses to pass.
Now they are taking away one of the best venues with the excuse of making office space.
I know Kings House is a money pit but using this building was short sighted when the Borough of Hove was taken over.
The local people have been using Hove Town Hall for weddings, parties, ceremonies and the Beer Festival. The shops around this vicinity will be losing a lot of customers.
