“For goodness sake give us a clean!”
In the Argus on Wednesday August 27 it states that Tory leaders want to introduce talking statue technology to the city’s historic icons to give voice to Queen Victoria and Prince Regent among others.
Well I know what they both will say: “For goodness sake give us a clean!”
I have written twice in the last year to say that the statues need a clean and I know others have also.
One person stuck a notice on Queen Victoria saying please clean me but she is still dirty.
I know it is because Queen Victoria is under trees and also the carbon from the traffic is the cause of the problem, but like everything else the statues should get a regular clean.
