I manage the Azure restaurant where the record was broken on Sunday August 24.
There are a couple of things in your article I would kindly ask you to rectify.
The beers were not donated at all. In fact the sole sponsor of the event was Azure.
Beers, security, licence, photographers, high tables, food for the press and VIP...... and so on.
