Bikes need lights
I WAS wondering if anybody knows when the police are going to crack down on cyclists with no lights.
Yesterday I was travelling along Lewes Road between Moulsecoomb Way and Trinity Street with my grandchildren in the car and they were counting cyclists with no lights.
They counted 11 with no lights at all, nine with a small rear light and six with full lights (well done to them). If a car/bus driver hits them who will get the blame?
