Don’t blame the old
I can’t believe that Jason Kitcat in the budget debate quoted that the demand for services was growing because of the ageing population especially the over 85s.
As if he’s blaming the over 85s. Is he in another world? Obviously he hasn’t walked around Brighton.
The population is growing because the amount of students that live here that do not pay council tax and do use council services.
