A tranquil scene in Ifield
Developers can no longer build a monstrous 3,500 housing development on the ancient parish of Ifield with its 1.000-year history.
But, as someone pointed out during Ifield Society’s 15th anniversary walk last Sunday, if the Horsham and/or Crawley Plans are declared ‘unsound’ by the planning inspectors, ‘no longer’ can be deleted from the first sentence of this letter.
