I’M sending this for my friend as I’ve just learnt something. I can’t believe the cost of council tax in Rottingdean. I pay £130 a mouth or something like that. But my friend in Rottingdean pays £260.

Why? Just because they got nice houses or done well for themselves. Why can’t it be equal for everyone. Surely if everyone paid the same and like I’ve said before even student landlords (as they are exempt) the total would level out.

Was Margaret Thatcher right with the poll tax so everyone is equal.
