I am writing to invite you to the launch of Burgess Hill as a dementia-friendly town at the Martlets Hall on Thursday May 28 at 10.30am.
This is a fantastic initiative and I would love to welcome you or as many of your team able to attend the event.
Please RSVP with names of attendees to reserve your places.
The launch will include a presentation by Glenn Knight of the Virtual Dementia Tour as well as presentations from other keynote speakers including Tim Wilkins from the Alzheimer’s Society in West Sussex, Dr Terry Lynch the Dementia Lead from the Clinical Commissioning Group and Julie Kalsi from Crawley Dementia Alliance.
There will be promotional and training based information available, as well as representatives from local caregivers, groups and organisations.
If you would like to bring any materials to share, please feel free to do so.
