The Debonnaire Dancers leading the way to the record books with the most number of people taking part in the Charleston at the same time.
I VISITED Bexhill for their Roaring 20s festivities at the weekend.
Unfortunately an earlier appointment meant we arrived after the World Record Charleston routine but the town was buzzing.
Many people had entered into the spirit of things and dressed-up appropriately and the seafront was packed.
Shops and cafes appeared busy and there was a wide range of entertainment – music, dance, air displays, classic cars and motorcycles, etc. All this and free on-street parking.
It is definitely going in the diary for next year.
