WHILE strolling along the South Downs near the Devil’s Dyke recently, the spectacle of numerous bags of dog poo strewn for miles across this glorious landscape was more than a little disconcerting.
There was even “strange fruit” hanging from branches and not a bin in sight.
What is the logic, never mind the sentiment behind this mindless and irresponsible behaviour?
