VETS were on a wing and a prayer when they treated this plucky buzzard, but it was intent on spreading its wings.
It needed more than a s-pigeon of good luck, but thanks to the work of the rescue team the bird is back in the wild.
The vets will keep an eagle eye on it, making sure it isn’t a bird brain and finds itself in more trouble.
