THANK you and congratulations Guerrilla Gardeners for planting flowers on a derelict site in Lewes Road (The Argus, May 13).

What a great idea. Perhaps Brighton and Hove City Council can help by donating plants for your cause.

Stanmer Nurseries grow hundreds of plants which are certainly not used for our council-owned gardens in Brighton. They have all been grassed over.
