Twelvetrees called up by England
2:07pm Wednesday 9th January 2013 in Sport
Billy Twelvetrees has been called up for the first time
Uncapped Sussex player Billy Twelvetrees has been named in a 33-man England rugby squad for the Six Nations. Gloucester centre Twelvetrees played junior rugby for Pulborough.
Sussex lock Joe Launchbury, a former pupil at Christ’s Hospital, Horsham, is also formally promoted to the squad but Jordan Turner-Hall, a former Brighton College student, must make do with a place in the Saxons.
England's first game is against Scotland at Twickenham on February 2.
