Inigo Calderon reckons Leonardo Ulloa will be a big hit for Albion.
He expects the Argentinian target man to be a handful for Championship defenders - just as Ulloa was for Calderon and his colleagues back in Spain.
Ulloa now has his EU passport and is poised to complete his move from Almeria to The Amex tomorrow or Thursday after watching Calderon and Albion beat Derby County on Saturday.
Calderon, back in the side after a knee injury, is relieved he will be on the same side as the striker dubbed 'The Cyclone'.
The right-back revealed: "I played against him a couple of times when I was in Spain. When I was at Alaves he was with Castellon so it was maybe four years ago.
"We struggled to defend against him, so hopefully it is going to be a struggle for other defenders.
"I remember he was big and his record is so good. Hopefully he can keep doing the thing he does best, scoring goals. I know for sure he is going to give us a big hand.
"I think he is going to give us something different that we don't have now, a big presence at the top of the team."
