Albion manager Gus Poyet has handed Vicente a start as one of three changes for tonight’s Championship clash with Blackburn at The Amex.

Will Buckley and Will Hoskins also come into the team as the Seagulls look to build on Saturday’s 1-0 win at home to Hull when Vicente came off the bench to score the only goal.

It is only the former Spain international’s second league start of an injury-hit campaign after playing in the reverse fixture at Blackburn three weeks ago.

Craig Mackail-Smith, Andrea Orlandi and David drop to the bench.

Blackburn hand a full debut to QPR loan signing DJ Campbell alongside the prolific Jordan Rhodes.
