Romain Vincelot has no complaints about his Albion career turning sour and says he is in the "best job in the world".

Vincelot has linked up with Leyton Orient under former Seagulls chief Russell Slade after his contract was terminated by mutual consent.

The French utility player has only good memories of his 18 months at The Amex, depite dropping out of first team contention and being invited to look for another club.

Vincelot, 27, told The Argus: "I had a great start, then I had a problem with my shoulder and I played all season with it. My injury and also sometimes my versatility worked against me.

"I had a good chat with the manager at the end of last season, just after my operation. He said I could stay if I wanted to or look for another club. I told him I would look for something else to get more games, then I was no longer in his plans which was fair.

"This is the best job in the world. There are always things that are a bit bad or hard but you are a footballer, so you cannot complain too much. There are sometimes things you are not happy with but you have to look at the bigger picture."
