Hayes unlikely to stay at Crawley

Reds are unlikely to be able to extend Paul Hayes' stay
Boss Richie Barker admits Crawley have little chance of signing striker Paul Hayes on a permanent basis.
The on-loan Brentford striker capped another impressive performance with his first goal for Reds in their 2-2 draw at Walsall on Saturday.
Hayes is due to return to Griffin Park next month and Barker says the chances of extending his stay are slim.
Barker said: “I thought Paul was fantastic again on Saturday and would like to keep him but he is a bit out of our reach.
“I would love to take him but the chances are slim both wages wise and because he is an ambitious man.
“He has had three promotions out of this division and turned down the opportunity to play Championship football to join Brentford so it is unlikely.”
Meanwhile, Barker insists Crawley will not give up on forcing their way into the play-offs despite conceding two late goals at Walsall to be held to a fourth consecutive draw.
It leaves them ten points outside the play-offs with nine games to go but Barker said: "We probably need to win six or seven games but we should have five wins in a row so it is not impossible. We should be four points outside the play-offs with two games in hand."
