Leicester are set to go 4-3-3 as they look to pile on more home misery for Albion today.
The Foxes have left talented Frenchman Anthony Knockaert on the bench and opted for a three-man midfield including ex-Albion skipper Dean Hammond.
City, were hoping to have attacking right-back Ritchie de Laet back after injury but he is not in the side. Marcin Wasilewski starts at right-back.
Both teams come into the match on the back of good runs in November followed by defeat to start December.
Leicester went down 2-1 at Sheffield Wednesday while Albion were being beaten here by Barnsley on Tuesday.
Knockaert put Foxes ahead with a trademark solo goal cutting in from the right on to his left foot.
But Connor Wickham curled home two beauties for the Owls.
Leicester: Schmeichel; Wasilewski, Morgan, Miquel, Konchesky; Hammond, King, Drinkwater; Nugent, Vardy, Dyer. Subs: Logan, Moore, James, Taylor-Fletcher, Schlupp, Knockaert, Wood.
