Eastbourne are bringing back world longtrack champion Joonas Kylmakorpi for next season.
Boss Trevor Geer has added the Eagles asset to No.1 Bjarne Pedersen and skipper Cameron Woodward at the top of the order.
That leaves two spots to fill in the 2014 line-up.
Eagles will track the same top three as in 2011, when they finished second in the Elite League standings and reached the Grand Final.
Geer said: “Supporters can see we are building a strong team. A spearhead of Bjarne, Joonas and Cam will certainly pack a punch.
“We have worked hard to bring Joonas in and this is excellent news for the Eagles.”
