Albion ended 2013 in style – with another away win.
Inigo Calderon scored the only goal as they enjoyed a battling 1-0 success at Blackpool today.
The right-back made ground to the edge of the box and shot home left-footed after feeding off a lay-off from Leo Ulloa, who had earlier shot against the post.
Albion held on for the win pretty comfortably, with Adam Chicksen enjoying an accomplished debut after replacing the injured Stephen Ward just before the break.
Kazenga LuaLua came off the bench and almost eased any nerves near the end when his low shot was touched on to the post by Matt Gilks.
Tomasz Kuszczak was tested once but pushed away Chris Basham's header in the latter stages.
