The Argus: Grabban among the goals - in video Grabban among the goals - in video

Albion target Lewis Grabban has scored ten goals for Bournemouth this season.

The first seven were scored by October 5, at which point the team behind the youtube channel linked to AFC Bournemouth’s official website http://afcb.co.uk/ put together this compilation.

There is an impressive array of strikes, including penalty box finishes and a 25-yard matchwinner against Charlton on the opening day of the season.

The goals were scored against...

1 and 2: Charlton (home, including the winner).

3: Watford (away).

4: Wigan (home, the winning goal).

5: Blackpool (home).

6: Leeds (away).

7: Millwall (home)

Because, since the news was broken, many Albion fans will have been searching for info on the guy.

It seems like almost every story on the Argus is being complained about recently. Better to have too many stories and ignore them than too few.

I think we can take this to be a done deal. We lose our semi-striker to Burnley and acquire two out and out strikers - Obika and Grabban. Add in Ulloa.
Oscar wedded to the lone striker setup. Someone is in for significant bench warming, barring injuries, and that's before we even factor in CMS.

Maybe not, but he has a release clause in his contract, so if the right bid is received, they have no choice but to allow him to at least discuss terms.

This is a totally ridiculous 'story' by the Argus. If it turns out that we don't sign the guy, it ends up being a poor piece of journalism. Personally, I'd rather read more from Seagull fly in the sky than this type of reporting. What next, Carlton Cole's best 10 goals? Who was the best Dr Who? Elliott Bennet's must read paperbacks?

Speculation is interesting, this kind of news story is not.
