Tomasz Kuszczak and Bruno both savoured a hard-earned point last night – and admitted it might been three.

The big Polish goalkeeper excelled in his side’s 0-0 draw at free-scoring Burnley.

And right-back Bruno was part of another impressive rearguard action for a Seagulls side who boast the best defensive record away from home in the Championship.

It was only the Clarets’ second blank in league action this season at Turf Moor, where they are undefeated.

Kuszczak admitted: “It was a really difficult game. The opponents played really well.

“An away draw is always good but we had chances. We did our job in the back line. But one point good, three better!”

Bruno added: “They are a good team who are on good form and always have excellent results at home.

“It was a really difficult match. They put us under a lot of pressure but I thought we had the two most clear chances of the match with Kazenga (LuaLua) and Andrea (Orlandi), both inside their penalty area.”
