Watford have made four changes as they look to steady the ship against Albion.

The hosts appear to be reverting to their tried and tested 3-5-2 set-up after letting slip two-goal leads to lose 4-2 at both Manchester City and Nottingham Forest in the last eight days.

Defeat at the City Ground on Thursday was particularly galling.

They were very vulnerable to crosses that night and have restored 6ft 4in Fitz Hall to the centre of their three-man back line.

Recent signing Daniel Toszer is given his debut in what is likely to be a three-man midfield.

Marco Cassetti comes in for Davide Faraoni and will play right wing back.

Ikechi Anya is expected to play as left wing back previously occupied by Daniel Pudil.

Alexander Merkel is the other player to be called in with Sean Murray dropping to the bench.

Watford: Almunia; Angella, Hall, Ekstrand; Cassetti, Tozser, Merkel, Battocchio, Anya; Forestier; Deeney. Subs: Bond, Doyley, Farraoni, Murray, Park, Bellerin, Diakite.
