Kazenga LuaLua has issued a pick me plea to Albion head coach Oscar Garcia.

The explosive winger is eager to start more games after coming off the bench to set up Leo Ulloa’s winner in Tuesday’s home win against Leeds United.

LuaLua has been used as a substitute in the last three matches since starting the draw at Burnley at the end of January.

LuaLua told The Argus: “It’s been frustrating really. I want to play as many games as I can.

“It’s not nice when you are on the bench, you are desperate to play.

“It’s nice to make an impact but it’s not a word I really like.

“When people say ‘Kaz came on and made an impact’I am not going to lie, sometimes it gets me angry. I prefer to start.”

Oscar has to decide whether to restore LuaLua to the starting line-up for Monday night’s FA Cup fifth round tie against Hull at the Amex.

“Hopefully I’ll get my chance,” LuaLua said. “I’ll try to train well and if I get the chance take it.

“Anything can happen. It’s a difficult tie but we are playing at home and we have beaten Premier League teams here before, so we will give it our best shot.”
