Albion held by Hull - in video

The Argus: Leo Ulloa celebrates his goal Leo Ulloa celebrates his goal

Albion were left ruing the chance that got away last night.

And Hull City were wondering how they did not score more than once in the FA Cup tie at the Amex.

See how Leo Ulloa scored a superb goal - and later headed inches wide when well placed.

And how Hull hit the bar twice before Yannick Sagbo scored the goal which forced a replay.

Apologies as reposting with a couple of added thoughts !! I was at the game last night and generally it was a very upbeat performance and I left with a positive vibe although I do have one or two issues which I think are pretty general.
Will Buckley showed that a fully fit Buckley is a huge positive for our side, if fit he has to play, March and Ince are going to be outstanding players for us in the future and we need to get them on long term contracts, Chicksen and Dunk I would include in this because they showed to me they have the desire and ability level to play at this and maybe a higher level.
I am still not convinced about KFC in the middle, I hope with time that he can improve, I just have nagging doubts at the moment whether he will.
Andrews is a good championship player but for the future I dont see him being involved. Ince will pick himself in the centre of midfield but along side him we need someone to step forward, hopefully Stephens, Kemy or a fully fit Crofts can do this. Kemy is a mystery to me, how long does it take to get fit, does he want to play, why was he signed, maybe an attitude problem but something going on behind the scenes we are unaware of because from the outside looking in a fit Kemy and Ince seems perfect.

Seem strong in defence, 2 x rightbacks, 2 x left backs all decent with Greer, Dunk, Upson as centre halves and even the keeper siutation looks strong, fair play to big Brez last night he looked good.

My biggest concern is going forward, Ulloa is Ulloa and would score goals in the premiership, one of the best strikers I have seen at the club recently, but if you take Ulloa out then how on earth are we going to score goals, Lua Lua (although a rare off night), Buckley, March, Orlandi, Lopez , Rodders will provide chances but without Ulloa I am just not sure who will score them, we cant be confident that CMS and Hoskins will come back the same, and I am sorry but Obika looked to me like he had concrete in his boots, I hope he proves me wrong and I know he is young but he has been on loan everywhere and there must be a reason why Spurs keep letting him go, a new striker must be a priority, I unfortunately feel that lack of a good 2nd striker will cost us this season, we cant keep hanging on for a 1-0 as sooner or later we will be punished.

As much as that sounds negative I want to stress that we are in a great place, we haver a great stadium, great fans, training facilities, chairman who bleeds blue and white, FFP taken care off and a real up beat mood about the club, we will get to the promised land.

Going by Kemy's recent tweets he is fit (as fit as Kemy will probably get) and wanting to play, but is not being selected. It might be attitude, it might be something else, but he's not injured.

Indeed, but who's KFC? Does he room with Adam Chicken on away days?!
