Who should Garcia pick for Albion's FA Cup tie tonight? Join the debate here

The Argus: Matthew Upson Matthew Upson

Albion have a big game tonight when they travel to Premier League Hull City in the FA Cup.

But who will Oscar Garcia pick for the fifth round replay, with a home tie against Gus Poyet and Sunderland waiting for the winners in the quarter-finals?

Should he rest star striker Leo Ulloa, with four goals in his last four games but still troubled by an ankle injury, or give Jon Obika a start?

And what about at the back - should Matt Upson take a rest and make way for Lewis Dunk? There are plenty of other decisions for the Albion boss to make so join the dabate here, we would love to know what you think.

Difficult with the injury situation, but Dunk certainly for Greer or Upson. Probably TK. With Ulloa's ankle problem, no doubt in my mind that Obika should start and at least get a half. Cue thumb downs.

Start Rodders up front for Ulloa. No point in aggravating Leo's ankle.
Brezovan,Dunk & Chicksen should also continue to get game time in this competition.
Would be nice to play Lopez in Orlandis role as he is out, but with March, Buckley & Lua Lua all nursing strains I guess he'll be needed out wide, leaving JFC as the likely option there.

I agree - Dunk should probably replace Upson, Brez for Koosh, Chicksen for Ward, Obika for Ulloa. If the big Argie is carrying an ankle problem then we'd be bonkers to risk aggravating it.

The reason this club is where it is this season is because of its back line still. As we all know its not about goals. That back line has been GG,and Upson. If OG really thought your son had such a good game against Hull he would have played him against Wigan. What does he say he works by? Play well keep the shirt.

Ha ha, my son IS a defender but he's only 10. I can't see his getting a game any time soon, even if he is already better than me.

I would add, Upson entirely to blame for Wigan's first goal, yet not a peep from you. (You would have crucified Dunk, Calderon or Bruno for such a mistake.) How did the Mail, Express and other 'newspapers you read see it?
