Can Albion break their KC duck?

The Argus: Craig Mackail-Smith goes for goal at Hull last season Craig Mackail-Smith goes for goal at Hull last season

History beckons for Albion’s players at the KC Stadium tonight.

One of them could become the first ever Seagulls player to score at the venue.

Albion have visited three times since it opened in 2002.

They lost 2-0 to a Peter Taylor-managed Tigers outfit in August 2005.

They did not return until two years ago when Peter Brezovan made some fine saves in a 0-0 draw, just three days after the Seagulls had been hit for six in the FA Cup at Anfield.

Gus Poyet’s men kicked off the 2012-13 season by losing 1-0 at Hull, who went on to win promotion.

Why does the option for 'Yes' have to go on about Poyet. He's got nothing to do with today's game.

Yes, we can win tonight but I really don't care whether Poyet comes back.

Would be a good time to score that goal tonight. I said it last week and will stick by it - we will win 0-1 tonight!

You don't care if Gus Poyet comes back to The Amex after all that's happened. Hilarious

I was fairly optimistic until all todays gloomy news. No, Buckley, no Orlandi, a doubt on March and Ulloa, neither if whom are fully fit, Stephens cup tied, and all of a sudden you struggle to see where our already baron goal scoring ability will come from ?

Fingers crossed, interesting line up beckons, we can only hope to hold our own and nick a goal somehow, someway, or grind out a 0-0 and hope to win on penalties?

Good luck fellas ! It's the cup, anything could happen. I'm sure Hull will be equally disrupted with drop outs and tiredness.

Wekl thanks for the history lesson but who will we play tonighr? Will we see Bruno in mf tonight?
My team taking into account injuries.
Kuz
calde upson Dunk chicksen
Ince
Rodders Augustien JFC Lua Lua
Ulloa
Bench Brez Andrews Bruno Lopez Obika March

Lopez and Andrews may start ahead of others however resting players and using impact sub srategy is the way we need to go; the only way we can go.
I sang Solly's praises and I have sung Dunk's praises and am now saying give Augustien a chance; he has good feet and has got rid of the Seagull pie weight and has prem experience and was good on the ball in the last 2 games he played so why not?

It is cold up here by the way so Lua Lua will need his gloves

I am not confident given the injuries and the team we are likely to put out. Not that the team on the field won't give their all and have some quality, but I think the fact that Hull are at home, and will be confident after their weekend showing against Cardiff, the best we can hope for is a penalty victory. I know I'll get a lot of thumbs down for being negative, but I think a 2-0 Hull scoreline here. I hope I am wrong though.

Great day for me today, our match is being shown live on USA TV, so no having to find a web stream that actuall works consistently and big screen rather than comp screen. This will be the first match I have been able to watch on regular TV over here, lucky that I checked the TV listings.

What a bummer, I read the listings wrong, what they are showing is the first match at he Amex, and not the replay, oh well, pc screen it is then.
