How will Albion use their new boy?

Rohan Ince is a doubt

Rohan Ince is a doubt

First published in Sport

Oscar Garcia can hand new loan signing Anders Lingard his Albion debut today.

The Manchester United youngster is in the running for a debut at Millwall.

But how would you use the attacking player?

And how would you set up the team in other areas?

Remember Rohan Ince is struggling with an ankle injury.

So how will Oscar play it at the Den? And what you do?

Jesse ,described his role as roaming, and just doing what he does ,I have always liked a player given that freedom on the pitch ,they are impossible to read and plan for ,so long as the core of our set up is stable ,I say let him "just do what he does" :0) UTA

To baldly go says...

Usual back 5, Andrews, Stevens, Orlandi, plus 1 from LuaLua, Buckley, March, Rodney, and Jess operating just off Ulloa.
On another note, anyone know where Kemy is, with Ince out his physical presence would have been handy but he seems to have vanished off the face of the planet!

You're telling me it's not a journalistic piece - it's about an entirely different Man Utd player - Anders Lindegaard. Surely you can't defend that?

Hi Tug, I am not sure that any of us know enough about this lad to really offer an idea as to how best to use him, as you say, he has stated his prefered role so let him have at it and see how it turns out. One thing for sure, both he an Ulloa should startalong with Buckley, if he is fit. I guess Rodders will step down to make room for the lad leaving Stephens or Orlandi to get wide when possible.

Hey Vegas.
I`ve always been in favour of playing a lad ,not just where ,he is meant to play ,but within a certain licence ,where HE feels he is most likely to hurt the opposition . Teams at our level have signals (I`m sure) to change formation and/or tactics at a nod from the sidelines ,the same as teams have certain gestures for a set piece ,so my thought would be ,let this guy try it !.
We are structurally a strong side ,so ,maybe this lad will show us a different approach ,he will definitely give us more options ,he is young and obviously talented ,only a fool would believe we already know it all .
We have been guilty of playing too defensively ,home or away ,it`s all the same to me ,if we`ve got it ,show it !.
It annoys me ,when I think about ,just how good WE are ,I appreciate ,and take on board ,those that correctly point out ,just how far we have come in such a short time ,but equally ,I don't believe that means an acceptance of our current position ,because we should be pious and grateful .
Of course we are grateful ,but ,Fans United aside ( what a fantastic footballing community we all belong to) WE earn`t The Amex and our position in the pecking order .We are currently helping Bristol City with their new stadium/improvements to Ashton Gate and our Green and White friends at Home Park ,so we are giving something back .
A bit of a ramble I know ,but I broke my arm years ago ,that doesn`t mean I have to let it hurt me now ! ,we have had our past ,now can we enjoy the accolades yet to come . UTA

I'm not defending the inaccuracy, I'm disagreeing with those bemoaning the standard of journalism by saying it's not journalism at all.
