In video - how Albion slipped up again

The Argus: Solly March goes down for Albion's penalty Solly March goes down for Albion's penalty

This is how counter-attacking Middlesbrough plundered the points at the Amex yesterday.

See how Danny Graham made one goal and scored the other. And how Leo Ulloa wasted Albion’s chance.

There is also a near miss by Jesse Lingard. And a cross by Bruno which begged to be headed in.

It is worth noting though that the ugly Jake Forster-Caskey miss came when the offside flag was up.

And that Albion’s big chance to go ahead in the first half, when Dimi Konstantopoulos denied David Lopez, is not shown.

my first impression of watching online yesterday was the woeful first touch the build up play wasnt that bad just a team lacking confidence in front of goal. i cant wait for the clear out now. i cant see bloom letting it rot under his leadership and hope he gives og his head a bit or at least have final say on the list of players we are looking to bring in

the reason we keep slipping up is that we are not taking our chances and we are too slow to get the ball forward and we are not scoreing goals and we have not replaced crofts since he got injured and ashley barnes who we sold and i feel we miss him and we dont get close to ulloa to help him out

Lack of scoring, and occasional gifting of opportunities to the opposition, many of the admittedly few goals we have conceded this season involve a slip up from a defender.

They should never have let ulloa take the penalty. His mind wasn't in the game. He decided he wanted to spend more time moaning about not being given fouls rather than just get on with it.
