Albion boss Oscar Garcia has urged players and fans to pull together at the Amex tomorrow to see off Charlton.
The Spaniard is still without key players Will Buckley and Andrea Orlandi through injury but the Seagulls could be in the top six if they win.
Oscar said: "It's always difficult playing against teams at the bottom of the table, because they are fighting for survival.
"The team and the fans have to create a great atmosphere, working together to take all three points.
"From my experience I always wanted to play in front of a full crowd in big stadiums and important games. That is what you want as a player.
"Charlton have changed their manager, they added some players in the transfer window and they are a good side getting results. It's never easy at this level to win games."
