How should Albion line-up at Huddersfield?

Oscar Garcia

Oscar Garcia

First published in Sport

Oscar Garcia is likely to make a change or two at the back today.

But does he stick with the midfield and attacking set-up which has brought seven goals in the last two games?

Albion’s head coach is likely to restore Tomasz Kuszczak in goal for this afternoon’s game at Huddersfield after illness.

There were doubts over Matt Upson going into the game.

Lewis Dunk would be the obvious replacement for Upson in central defence.

But would you tinker further forward or stick with the personnel and fluid set-up which brought big wins over Leicester and Charlton?

Do you bring back Rohan Ince? Do you start Jake Forster-Caskey after his goal on Saturday?

Or would you leave well alone? We’d love to know your thoughts.

I find it strange how as fans things change so quickly, Andrews was a poor signing , but now he and Stephens are clearly playing the roles they want, who would not include ince in there starting 11?
I am struggling with the bench if upson and Buckley are fit? Who goes from the 18? I can see Forster caskey missing the 18 if that's the case?
Now cms and Hoskins are fit. Only one will make the bench.

Possibly, But for me Caldi gives us a more resolute defence without losing the punch going forward, Ince could cover the CB position if needed, just my personal preference though and we WILL win with the right approach either way.

When deciding how we should line up today surely the only question to answer is, who would give us more than those we have started with recently?
TK in goal will give us more so make the change. Upson, if injured can't play, so make the change. Now taking into account our last two results, and the manner in which they were obtained, who on the bench would give us more?

Monday is different but we can get into that line up once today's has done it's job.

Hi guys, if form, confidence and quality count for anything today, we should not only win this match, but we should also do our goal difference a bit of good.
I so hope that we can pop a couple in during the first 45 without reply, give us the chance to pull Kaz, push Solly out wide and get CMS on. Kaz would then be ok for Monday and CMS would have the chance to link up with Ulloa without too much pressure on him. Second half score another and pull Ulloa, let Rodders replace him. Last 15 pull Lingard and send out JFC. We win 0-3.

Hey Vegas ,yes keeping the squad fit is a concern ,i like your timescale ,i hope the game pans out in such a way to allow it . Wooo Hoo Tug, goal in first ten minutes, i'll take that.

Huddersfield would be happy with a point today but to get it, they would have to stop us from scoring or, if we do, then they have to come out to grab one back, and that would expose them. Considering the way we have scored goals recently they will have to play really well to stop us, and their recent form doesn't suggest that they can do that.

Huddersfield would be happy with a point today but to get it, they would have to stop us from scoring or, if we do, then they have to come out to grab one back, and that would expose them. Considering the way we have scored goals recently they will have to play really well to stop us, and their recent form doesn't suggest that they can do that. VegasSeagull

Apart from Dunk for Upson ,dont tinker ,if it aint broke dont fix it ,the grass is not greener on the other side ,dont look a gift horse in the mouth ,a bird in the hand yada yada yada ,please Oscar stick with the same as the last two games ,and we will be too strong for them . UTA
A Rolling Stone gathers no moss, but earns copious amounts of lolly from comically overpriced concerts!
Ha ha very good ,good Cap`n ,but i know your a glass half full ,every cloud has a Blue & White lining type of guy like myself ,so we`ll all enjoy a full glass this evening !. UTA
Mouthbourne have Grab the dosh Grabban and Arter as unlikely to play ,so when we win today ,we will hopefully have a bigger gap behind us ,we could really use an early goal ,stating the obvious ,but i can see them being very defensive ,our lads need to go for it ,and so will i ,we will score in under 10 minutes ! .UTA
Wooo Hoo Tug, goal in first ten minutes, i'll take that.

Their site gives the impression ,they are going for an on the break goal and shut shop, but Jesse scored on 11 mins against an equally desperate Charlton ,our guys now know they can score against both ends of the table after the last 2 games ,so i think an early thunderstorm will see a poor (their choice of words) defence either make a mistake or give a penalty away ,thats how i see it ,but dont forget ,i am incredibly bias :0) .
