Defender Sam Cruttwell starts for Hastings United tonight in their Ryman South play-off semi-final at Folkestone Invicta.
Cruttwell was expected to turn out for Hull City in a trial match but the game has been cancelled.
There is also a surprise call-up for left-sided midfielder Russell Eldridge, who has managed Little Common in County League division two all campaign but registered for United before deadline.
Folkestone's Johan Ter Horst, who has been loaned back to the Kent side after signing for Premier League Hull, leads a potent frontline for the hosts.
